Accelerator Group Coaching Programs 2027

Six specialty programs. Five weeks each. Every one of them finishing about two weeks out from your interview, not six months before it.

Five weeks of structured preparation, finishing right before your interview

Most doctors prepare alone, a few weeks out, practising with well-meaning colleagues and cementing habits nobody has ever told them to fix. The Accelerator exists so that you are not doing this on your own, and so every hour you put in is high-yield.

You will work in a small group of doctors applying for the same specialty, with weekly coaching sessions after hours, a one-to-one session with me, and a full mock interview with targeted feedback before you walk in.

What is included

  • Five weekly group coaching sessions, held after hours
  • A one-to-one coaching session with me in week three
  • A full mock interview with targeted feedback, in the days before your final session
  • The Interview Preparation Masterclass, worked through at your own pace (RRP $399)
  • Weekly homework and a debrief document after every session
  • A closed online community for the whole five weeks

Cannot make a session? Every session is recorded and released to the doctors in that program only. Shift work is a reality for everyone in these cohorts, so a week you cannot attend is expected, not a problem.

Candidates in the Orthopaedics and Surgical Accelerators receive the Surgical Interview Preparation Masterclass (RRP $649) in place of the general Masterclass.

Fourteen per cohort. Four per state.

The state cap is deliberate. I am not going to fill a room with people competing for the same handful of positions.

Enrolment is not open yet. I review expressions of interest as they arrive, and places in each Accelerator are allocated and confirmed well before that program starts. There is no cutoff date to beat.

What registering early does is simple. It means your place is considered while all fourteen, and every state allocation, are still open.

"The anaesthetics accelerator course gave me a structured revision plan that I could stick to prior to my interviews. With a busy clinical life, it was a relief to have scheduled practice, revision and homework all planned out for me, especially as it was my first time around the block. I highly recommend this course to anyone wishing to up their interview game!"

"The dermatology accelerator program was great! Brooke is so supportive, and goes beyond just providing weekly sessions. She prepared interview questions for us weekly, gave us mock interview score cards to practice, and was always available for questions that we may have. I felt so supported throughout the whole program, thank you so much Brooke!"

Dermatology Accelerator participant, 2026

"I went into interview coaching extremely unconfident and not sure what the questions were really asking. Learning how to structure my answers and integrating the feedback in such a safe space made a massive difference."

Dermatology Accelerator participant, 2026

"The BEST program for interview coaching! Training is more competitive than ever and it's hard finding the time to prepare for interviews but Brooke made that possible! The program was flexible, well-planned and with relevant content in a very supportive and friendly environment."

About the room

The thing people worry about most is answering out loud in front of other doctors. Speaking up is always an option and never mandatory. You go when you are ready, and I will not put you on the spot. What participants tell me afterwards is that the chance to answer in front of others, and to hear how their colleagues frame things, turned out to be one of the best parts.

"I was a bit apprehensive about the group coaching format, but it was actually the most valuable aspect for me. It felt supportive and obviously while we are all in competition, nothing felt negative and everyone was helpful to each other."

Register your interest

It takes about a minute. Registering does not commit you to anything, and it means you hear about enrolment before it opens publicly.

Common questions

Can I enrol now?

Not yet. Enrolment opens closer to each program. For now, registering your interest puts you on the list, and I work through that list when places are allocated. It will be well in advance and you are welcome to touch base at any point so you aren't left wondering.

When will I know whether I have a place?

I review expressions of interest as they come in rather than holding them until a cutoff date, so you will usually hear from me soon after you register. Places are confirmed well before the program starts, with plenty of notice to arrange leave or a roster change.

My surgical subspecialty is not listed. Can I still join?

You are still welcome. The Surgical Accelerator is open to every surgical subspecialty, and the dates listed are simply the interview dates I already hold for General Surgery, Plastics, ENT and Vascular. When you register your interest, type your subspecialty into the form and I will make sure the program is pitched to the interview you are actually sitting.

When are the sessions held?

All group sessions are held after hours on the same evening each week, for five consecutive weeks. Your mock interview is scheduled separately, in the days before the final session.

What if I cannot make every session?

Every session is recorded and released to the doctors inside that program only, so a week you cannot make is not a problem. Shift work is a reality for everyone in these cohorts. Let me know as early as you can and we will work out how to keep you on track.

I am not sure which program suits me

Choose the option on the registration form that says you would like to talk it through, and I will be in touch. I would rather point you in the right direction than have you guess.
